Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to business users who access SpeedyOra websites, apps, product catalogs, RFQ workflows, order handling, delivery services, invoices, and related support channels. By using SpeedyOra, you confirm that you are acting for a business or industrial buyer and that you are authorized to place requests, orders, or account instructions.
Accounts and Business Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, company, GST, billing, delivery, and contact information. SpeedyOra may use this information to verify accounts, process orders, respond to RFQs, issue invoices, coordinate delivery, and protect the service from misuse.
Orders, RFQs, and Availability
Product listings, pricing, stock availability, delivery estimates, and quote responses may vary by location, supplier, product specification, and service capacity. An order or RFQ is accepted only when SpeedyOra confirms it through the platform, email, invoice, or another official communication channel.
Delivery, Inspection, and Returns
- Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
- Discrepancies, defects, or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Defective or incorrect items reported within the 24-hour window will be prioritized for replacement delivery.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover at the designated delivery site.
Payments, Credit, and Invoices
SpeedyOra currently supports cash-on-delivery order handling where available. Credit terms, where approved, are Net-30 days from the invoice date. Overdue balances may be assigned for collection. Taxes, GST details, invoice records, and completed order records may be retained as required for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Service Communications
SpeedyOra may contact users through email, phone, app notifications, WhatsApp, or other support channels for account activity, RFQs, order updates, delivery coordination, payment or invoice matters, and service messages.
Limitation of Liability
SpeedyOra's liability for delayed, defective, or incorrect delivery is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. SpeedyOra is not responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or loss-of-production damages except where such limits are prohibited by law.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
