Privacy Policy

SpeedyOra provides a B2B industrial supply platform for browsing products, requesting quotes, placing orders, managing delivery details, and communicating about orders. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how users can request deletion.

Information We Collect

• Account details such as email address, phone number, password hash, company name, GST number, and role.
• Delivery and profile details such as saved addresses, city, state, postal code, and location coordinates when provided.
• Commerce records such as cart items, COD orders, RFQs, quote responses, invoices, and delivery status.
• Support and messaging content such as order chat messages, notifications, and service requests.
• Device and diagnostics data such as push notification tokens, app version, Sentry crash reports, logs, and performance data.
• Photos selected by admins for catalog product images.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, reset passwords, and prevent fraud.
• To process carts, orders, RFQs, deliveries, notifications, and customer support conversations.
• To manage product catalogs, product images, customer addresses, and operational workflows.
• To monitor reliability, fix bugs, investigate abuse, and improve the service.
• To meet tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only as needed to operate SpeedyOra, such as with hosting, database, email, storage, maps, Sentry diagnostics, notification, COD order, or delivery service providers. We do not sell personal data. Public catalog images may be served from public storage because they are intended for product listings.

Payments and Notifications

SpeedyOra currently supports cash-on-delivery order handling only. We do not collect card, UPI, net banking, or wallet payment credentials in the app. Production notifications may be used for order updates, RFQs, delivery updates, account activity, and service messages.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, token rotation, and restricted service credentials to protect user data. No system is perfectly secure, so users should keep account credentials confidential and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account, profile, address, cart, RFQ, notification, and support data while the account is active and as needed to provide SpeedyOra. Users can request account deletion in the app or through our web deletion page. When an account is deleted, active profile data, addresses, cart data, RFQs, notifications, device tokens, and account credentials are removed or anonymized. Completed COD order and payment records may be retained in anonymized form when needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Children

SpeedyOra is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
